Walter D. McElroy is President and CEO of Walt McElroy Company. Mr. McElroy graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Upon graduation from Baylor University, Mr. McElroy ventured straight into the Commercial Real Estate Finance world.
After working for Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Banking Firms, Mr. McElroy founded his own Commercial Real Estate Finance Company. Walt McElroy Company has now been a successful Mortgage Banking Firm since May of 1991.
Through Mr. McElroy’s loyal and close relationships with numerous Banks, Life Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, REIT’s, Fannie Mae DUS / Freddie Mac / and HUD Lenders, Walt McElroy is able to provide current authoritative answers about changing market conditions, available financing and sales options.
After 30 years of Commercial Real Estate financing, the knowledge and understanding of the market conditions coupled with access to excessive financial resources enables Mr. McElroy to structure transactions meeting each client’s distinct requirements.
Mr. McElroy believes service to each client extends beyond obtaining loan commitments and sales contracts. He strives to ensure each transaction is closed within the same terms and conditions originally agreed upon without unnecessary expenses or delays.
